Foremost businessman and politician, Senator Jubril Martins-Kuye breathed his last today. It was a shocking news.

My condolences to the family of the late former Minister. Baba JMK, as he was fondly called, was a nationalist, a great patriot and a charitable gentleman. We take solace in the sacrifices he made to Nation-building as a Chartered Accountant, Industrialist, Senator and Minister at different times.

While I pray that the Almighty Allah grant the family and associates the fortitude to bear the loss, may JMK’s gentle soul find repose in Aljannah Firdaus.
