APM WARD F3 OKOTA HOLDS GENERAL MEETING, CHAIRMAN DICKSON BUFFALO IROHA SUES FOR UNITY, TRANSPARENCY AND GRASSROOTS MOBILISATION

OKOTA, OSHODI-ISOLO LGA, LAGOS – September 13, 2026 – The Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Ward F3, Okota, held its General Meeting on Sunday with a strong call for unity, discipline and renewed commitment to grassroots development.


The meeting, chaired by the Ward Chairman, *Hon. Dickson Buffalo Iroha*, brought together party leaders, respected elders, members of the Ward Executive Council, women and youth leaders, and faithful members of the party.


In his address, Hon. Iroha warmly welcomed members and commended their loyalty and sacrifices towards the growth of the party.


Delivering his six-point agenda, the Chairman emphasised that the strength of APM lies in unity. He urged members to work together as one family, irrespective of differences, and to shun division and personal interests capable of weakening the party.


On accountability, Hon. Iroha reaffirmed his commitment to transparency and fairness in the administration of the ward. He stated that all party activities and decisions would continue to be conducted openly in line with the party constitution and directives from higher authorities.


He also charged the ward executives, women and youth leaders and polling-unit coordinators to intensify mobilisation across all polling units within Ward F3, build stronger relationships with the communities, and encourage eligible citizens to participate in the democratic process, including lawful voter registration and PVC collection.




Speaking on party leadership, Hon. Iroha called for cordial working relationships with the LGA Chairman, Hon. Waheed, constituency leaders and other party authorities. He urged members to respect constituted authority, follow lawful directives and resolve disagreements through dialogue and mutual respect.


On discipline, the Chairman stressed that regular meeting attendance, respect for one another, and avoidance of misinformation are essential to building a credible political organisation.


He concluded by stating that the vision for Ward F3 is to make it a model ward known for responsible leadership, effective mobilisation, transparency and service to the people.


The meeting ended with renewed commitment from members to work together for the success of the party.


Hon. Iroha offered prayers for the party, the ward, Lagos State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, closing with the party’s slogan: *APM! Nigeria First!*
