The Central Coordinate Movement (CCM) has reaffirmed its unwavering support for the gubernatorial ambition of Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon, popularly known as YAYI, and his deputy ahead of the 2027 Ogun State governorship election.
The group demonstrated its strong political presence during the official flag-off campaign of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate held in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, where members of the movement trooped out in large numbers to show solidarity and rally support for the party’s candidates.
Led by its Chairman, Alhaji Taiwo Elewide, popularly known as Big Champion Akile Egbaland, the CCM delegation played a significant role in ensuring proper mobilisation and coordination of its members at the campaign venue. The group’s organised participation added colour and energy to the event, reflecting its commitment to the APC campaign movement across the state.
Speaking on the significance of the mobilisation, Alhaji Taiwo Elewide expressed confidence in the leadership capacity of Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon YAYI, describing him as a candidate with the experience and dedication required to move Ogun State forward.
He noted that the Central Coordinate Movement remains fully committed to supporting the APC candidate and other party candidates in the forthcoming 2027 elections, stressing that the group would continue to mobilise its members and supporters across the state.
“The Central Coordinate Movement is solidly behind Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon YAYI and all APC candidates. We are committed to ensuring victory through massive support and effective grassroots mobilisation,” he stated.
The Ijebu-Ode campaign flag-off attracted party leaders, stakeholders, supporters, and political groups from across Ogun State, marking a major step in the APC’s preparations for the 2027 electoral contest.
With its latest show of strength, the Central Coordinate Movement has positioned itself as one of the grassroots platforms actively championing the APC campaign agenda and working towards the success of Senator YAYI’s gubernatorial bid.
