Reps Deputy Chief Whip, Hon. Oriyomi Onanuga Flags Off Oko and Ada Road

 


.......Restates Commitment To Welfare of People of Remo Federal Constituency 




The Deputy Chief Whip, Federal House of Representative, 10th Assembly, Rt Hon Oriyomi Onanuga popularly known as IJAYA has flagged off the construction of Oko and Ada road in Sagamu area of Ogun state today 20th of August, 2024.


Onanuga during the flagging off ceremony vowed to complete the road project despite having a huge obligations and challenges, saying the road will bring subtle relief to the residents of Agbele Community and it's environment. 


According to her while speaking with the newsmen shortly after the flagging off ceremony, said "I hold my people in Remoland in high esteem, as a public servant my duty is to ensure their livelihood is easy, I don't know how much the road is going to cost but I am very sure as we flag it off today, Almighty God will help me to complete the road to bring ease to the residents of Oko and Ada communities." She said. 

In attendance were party faithful, staunch supporter of Hon Oriyomi Onanuga, leaders of All Progressives Congress, APC, Traditional Rulers in Sagamu area.


Speaking on the anger of average Nigerians, She admonished the youths and undergraduates to add skill acquisition with their education to make them to be useful for themselves and the country. 

"The federal government is trying her best to ensure Nigeria youths get occupied with one activities or the other to bring them income, likewise the House of Representative, we have and will continue to support and move people's oriented bills and motions to make Nigeria a better country to live and excel." She added.

Onanuga commended the youths of Ogun state for their wise decisions not to join the last nationwide protest which lead to havoc in some northern states, noting that the youths proof to other states that we have intellectual powess in all walks of life. 

She restated commitment to welfare of the people of Remo federal constituency through visible projects and empowerment to better their respective businesses and lives.
