Governor Abiodun's aide, Olujimi Desmond mourn Dare Olumide's death

..... Prays for forgiveness from God over his shortcomings

The special assistant to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun mfr on youths and sports, Comrade Lion Olujimi Adekunle David popularly known 'DESMOND' has mourned the passage of Hon. Oluwadare Olumide popularly called 'DRE' who died in the early hours of Wednesday 24th of May, 2023 after brief illness.

Oluwadamilare Olumide before death contested for chairmanship of Abeokuta South local government but lost at the primary to Hon. Omolaja Majekodunmi of All Progressives Congress, APC emerging as the flag runner and after election he won.

Olujimi described the announcement of Oluwadare Olumide's death a very rude shock to him because he wasnt expecting such occasion in decades to come.

" I am presently disorganized upon hearing the news of death of a friend, a political player, Hon. Oluwadamilare Olumide this morning which came as a rude shock that a good man like him could leave untimely." Said Olujimi Desmond

He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the family of Olumide the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss of a father, brother and son.
