The labour party in Ogun State has commiserate with the family of former majority leader, house of assembly Hon. Yinka Mafe over the sudden demise of their son on his birthday.
According to Comrade Abayomi Arabambi, "We in Ogun State LP are deeply shocked to learn of the extremely sudden death of Hon. Yinka Mafe of APC , a former Majority Leader in House of Assembly in Ogun State."
"The death is a very bewildering one , a man in the morning through the afternoon celebrated his birthday with friends , family and political associates and was dead in the evening. Too much too shocking." he said.
"Hon. Mafe was a very powerful Parliamentarian , vibrant and erudite. He was, very painfully , only 46 .
May God in His infinite mercies grant his family the strength to survive this very harrowing loss.
We in LP condole with the Government and people of Ogun State , the APC both in the State and in Hon Yinka Mafe's immediate Constituency" Arabambi added.
Furthermore, he said loosing such a young and highly promising political light to the cold hands of death is really a disaster but God knows best.
Labour Party in Ogun State mourns this young and brilliant popular political icon . May God grant his soul eternal peace. Amen
