Senator Elisha Abbo
Some hours after the police have heeded the call by Nigerians to arrest Senator Elisha Abbo, who allegedly slapped a nursing mother repeatedly at a sex toy shop in Abuja.
The order was given by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu, on Wednesday morning.
The police has arrested the beating senator, also assured Nigerians that thorough investigations will be carried out, and the Senator will be brought to book.
