A police officer in the Abia state police command has been accused of extrajudicial killing.
Twitter user simply identified as Amaka in a series of tweets, said the police officer identified as Collins Akpugo, allegedly shot the victim, Christian Onuoha, dead along the Okwulaga Afara-Ukwu, Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia state.

When she was asked how the tragic incident occured, she said:
He lives there. He was coming home with his vehicle and his light was too bright, so the young man asked him to dim his light and that was the end of a promising life
