ABEOKUTA — In a strong show of unity and strategic resolve, the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership in Ogun Central Senatorial District convened a high-level stakeholders’ meeting in Abeokuta, bringing together key party figures, lawmakers, and administrators to reinforce cohesion and chart a forward-looking agenda for the district.

The pivotal meeting was hosted at the Abeokuta residence of the APC State Leader and former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba, whose enduring influence and statesmanship continue to anchor party unity across the state. Among the prominent attendees was Rep. Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, who represents the Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency, underscoring his commitment to collaborative leadership and party consolidation.

The gathering served as a strategic platform for deliberations on party administration, regional development priorities, and grassroots mobilization. Lawmakers from the National and State Assemblies joined state and local party executives, widely regarded as the party’s “engine room,” to align on legislative focus and organizational effectiveness across the senatorial district.

Discussions at the meeting centered on sustaining momentum for the Federal Government’s “Renewed Hope” agenda, with participants emphasizing the need to ensure that the dividends of democracy reach every ward in Ogun Central. Leaders reviewed progress made so far and explored pathways to deepen service delivery, strengthen internal unity, and enhance coordination between elected officials and party structures.

Observers described the atmosphere as one of solidarity and shared purpose. Rep. Isiaka’s active participation was widely noted as a reaffirmation of his dedication to the collective success of the APC in Ogun State. By aligning closely with the vision and experience of party veterans such as Chief Osoba, Rep. Isiaka reiterated his commitment to a collaborative approach to governance that places the needs of the Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency within the broader development framework of Ogun State.

As the meeting drew to a close, leaders reaffirmed their loyalty to the ideals of the APC and pledged renewed efforts toward excellence in governance, effective representation, and inclusive development across Ogun Central Senatorial District.
