In the true spirit of the Christmas season, the Ogun State Commissioner for Forestry, Engr. Taiwo Oludotun, has extended hands of love and goodwill to the people of Abeokuta North, Odeda and Obafemi-Owode Local Government and others, as part of activities marking the Yuletide celebrations.
The Commissioner, known for his consistent grassroots engagement and people-oriented leadership, used the festive period to reach out to constituents, sharing messages of hope, unity and appreciation for their unwavering support. His gesture was warmly received across the three local governments, reinforcing his reputation as a leader who prioritizes familiarisation and direct connection with the people.
Speaking during the engagements, Engr. Oludotun described Christmas as a season of love, reflection and renewal, urging residents to embrace peace, tolerance and togetherness. He emphasized that the season presents an opportunity for leaders to reconnect with the people and for communities to strengthen bonds that promote development and harmony.

Engr. Oludotun also used the occasion to reassure constituents of the Ogun State Government’s commitment, under the leadership of Governor Dapo Abiodun, to inclusive governance and people-centered policies, particularly in environmental sustainability and forest conservation.
