The policy mandates that both partners must present proof of active health insurance coverage as a prerequisite for marriage registration.

“This is about securing the future of our people. Health insurance ensures that couples can access quality healthcare without financial strain, fostering stronger and healthier families,” said a spokesperson for the Kaduna LG.
