The Nigeria Labour Congress NLC has ordered all civil servants in Ogun state to down their tools as from today 14th of July 2025.
According to Nigeria Labour Congress NLC State Secretary, Arising from the reolution reached at the General Parliament of Ogun State Civil/Publie Service Workers on Monday, 14h July, 2025 at the Arcade Ground, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, ALL MEMBERS ARE
DIRECTED TO WITHDRAW THEIR SERVICES TILL
FURTHER NOTICE.
However, He said any staff who flouts this dircctive does so at his or her own risk and the congress will not claim any responsibility towards such staff.
The Union is expecting the government to as soon as possible call for dialogue on the demands of the teeming workers of the State Civil/Public Service.
