The international association of Lions Club, District 404B1 Nigeria has congratulated Comrade Lion Olujimi Adekunle Desmond on his appointment as the Special Assistant to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state.
According to Comr. Lion Oludare Ajayi, President of Abeokuta Coral Lions Club, he described the appointment as a round peg in the round hole, while he appreciated Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun for choosing a charismatic and energetic person like Lion Olujimi Adekunle David also known as Desmond to serve In the capacity of Youth Development.
He maintained that Desmond will never disappoint the governor because he has the ability to run the office without any hiccups due to his past and antecedent in student and youth movement.
Lion Olujimi Adekunle David known as Desmond aspired to become the chairman of Abeokuta South but he was denied the ticket, despite the denial he never relent in his efforts in ensuring Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun succeed in office alongside his colleague aspirant through a political movement called "Dapo Abiodun Continuity Agenda DACA".
Olujimi was given her appointment letter through the office of the Secretary to the state government, Mr Tokunbo Talabi last week.
