Zawiyatu Hahababi L Mustopha To Hold 2021 Maloud Nabiyy December 31st

The Zawuyatu Hahababi L Mustopha, Litoriqotul Qodiriyyati Islamiyah to hold their yearly moloud nabiyy on the 31st of December 2021.

Mawlid (Arabic: مَولِد‎, lit. 'Birth [of Muhammad]') is the observance of the birthday of the Islamic prophet Muhammad which is commemorated primarily on 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal, the third month in the Islamic calendar.

The guest lecturer is Fadilatu Sheik Ibraheem Ahmad Gbodofu (Ambassador of Peace).

The history of this celebration goes back to the early days of Islam when some of the Tabi‘un began to hold sessions in which poetry and songs composed to honour Muhammad were recited and sung to the crowds. It has been said that the first Muslim ruler to officially celebrate the birth of Muhammad in an impressive ceremony was Muzaffar al-Din Gökböri.

The Zawuyatu Hahababi L Mustopha, Litoriqotul Qodiriyyati Islamiyah is headed by Fadilatu Shiekh Muhammadu L. Jummah Abubakr, Al Gambary Al Maimasa Al Ilory, Al Markazy ( Al Musharaf), he is cordially inviting all Muslims in Nigeria to join the brethren to celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W this year in Lagos state.
