...rolls out four structural points for greater old students' association 

A veteran and popular journalist, Omooba Akin Alade has been elected as the president of 89 set of Old Students Association of the Coker memorial High school, ikirun. 

The emergence of Akin Alade led to jubilation and rejoice among the members of the association. 

After his emergence, the veteran journalist promised to deliver on a four structural agenda. 

Alade who promised to build on the achievements of past administration noted that his leadership will prioritize welfare of members. 

He promised to ensure the association organised different trainings, seminars to create better opportunities for members. 

He added, "We are going to organize a get-together every December which will be done for five days, tagged (five days hang-out) to unwind, wine, and dine and it will be parked with numerous fun-filled activities.

" We are going to hold different programs such as training, where resource persons from various fields of human endeavors will be invited to train members/ health talk.

I thank everyone of you for being part of this great and laudable event targeted at charting a new cause of growth and development for our Alma Mata.

"I am very pleased to be able to welcome those of you that have been with us for a long time now in the struggles to uplift our dear alumni association to greater and lofty heights as well as those who are new to the crusade of contributing our quota to societal development through this association, you are well appreciated. 

"I l want to thank and appreciate all the members of this association, we promised that we will not abuse the privileges but continue to make you proud as a noble association.

"Let me acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of the past leaders of the association, members of the advisory board, immediate past excos for their doggedness, commitment, and proactiveness towards ensuring the motto and mandate of the association is achieved, on behalf of the new *EXECUTIVES I say a very big thank you to* particularly the Outgoing:
*1.* President, Bldr. Sharafadeen Babatunde Owolabi Olanrewaju, 
*2.* The Vice President, Mrs. Gbemisola Oyedeji-Olaniyi and my brother the 
*3.* General Secretary, Mr. Solomon Oroge .

"I want to assure you that the new Excos under my leadership will pick up from where you left off and not deviate from the original reason behind the formation of the Alumni Association. 

"All of the past leadership has contributed in no small measure to the growth and development of this association hence the need to seek your support in all that the new exco will be embarking on as well as a wealth of experience will be highly valued at all times. "
