The Chief Whip of Ogun State House of Assembly, OGHA Asiwaju Atinuke Bello has said the twenty local government are more functional than when it was fifty—three local government community areas LCDA's.

She said this during a radio program #CitizensForumonRockCityFM anchored by Tobi Joseph and Simiat this morning.

Also, she emphasised on the need for women to be actively involved in politics to attain more positions in Ogun state and beyond.

She also said their is need for cordial relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government for the progress of the state through oversight and moving of bills in the best interest of the people who are our immediate constituency.

"When their is rancour between the two arms, legislative and executive, it would create chaos to the masses and hinder developmental projects and enactment of passage of bills." Said Bello

However, she shed light on the visitation of Economic Financial Crimes Commission EFCC to the assembly to check the financial book.

"Their is no big deal having the crime commission in the assembly, the most important of all is that they never see any shady deals performed by the legislators" She added.

On Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation probe, she said the forensics experts did their investigation and so far so good we have not seen any mess in the corporation

"We always invite organization and outsiders to review our bills to carry them along in our oversight before passing it to His Excellency Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun mfr for ascent." She added.

She applauded the local government transition committee of Odogbolu for executing many developmental projects despite the allocation was not that huge.
