The Deputy chief whip OGHA, Representing Ijebu East State constituency, Hon Shola Adams has congratulated Hon Balogun for emerging as the new Deputy Speaker of Ogun State House Of Assembly OGHA after the vote on plenary to fill the vacuum after impeachment of Hon Oludare Kadiri over gross misconduct.
According to Adams,
"I am indeed very happy we didn't loose it to other federal constituency, Hon Akeem Balogun has always been my person., Although... everyone always aimed the best, that's why we've shown interest but considering the fact that Ijebu East is already blessed with offices/appointments which includes"

6. S.A on Government delivery

"Meanwhile, Waterside LG has nothing till date, because our administration is known for fairness and equity,it is however sensible to allow waterside LG have a fair share of governance.
Our joy is that we have secured it to our federal constituency.
To the most reasonable and well oriented good people of our Sunrise Constituency whom has one way or the other shown their support to me, I say thank you, I am indeed grateful." He added.
