The Economic and Financial Crime Commission has arrested 30 young guys for internet fraud in Enugu State.

The anti-graft agency said their arrest followed actionable intelligence obtained by the commission.

Some of the suspects are, Raphael Chidiebere, Dr. Onyechiefuna Victor, Oliobi Chukwujekwu, Alozie Ikenna, Lakers John, Chijioke Onyedika, Chikwube Nwadinobi, Eze Chukwuebuka, Nwafor Ifeanyi, Chidobelu Chidera, Ozonwu Nnamdi, Joseph Emmanuel, Chukwunonyelu Chizoba Eze, and Imachukwu Ogonna.

The EFCC recovered exotic cars such as Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Toyota Camry, and others from the suspected internet fraudsters.

Phones, laptops, and other incriminating materials were also recovered from the young boys.

The commission said they will be charged to court as soon as the investigation is completed.

Nigerians have reacted to the arrest of the suspected fraudsters by the EFCC, they said it is wrong for the anti-graft agency to parade the suspects on social media because they've not to be sentenced by any court of law.
