CORONAVIRUS: ‘1,030 Travellers Have Been Quarantined So Far’ – National Security Confirms

Operatives from the National Security have confirmed that a total of 1,030 travellers have been quarantined following the directive from the President.

A representative from the National Security made this known during a recent press briefing to address the number of Coronavirus cases in Ghana and the measures taken.

The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Saturday directed that anyone who comes to Ghana from Sunday 22 March 2020 would be quarantined for at least 14 days.
So far, Ghana has recorded a total of 52 cases of Coronavirus with two resulting in death.
