On Friday, the Director of Vehicle Inspection Service, Abdulazeez Toriola, made it know that order came from the top, stating his men will be all out on weekends to ensure proper cooperation and get to clamp down vehicles using the Lagos roads without credible paper will be clamped to there office, it’s either the vehicle get impounded or pay the fine.
Today motorists gets on the road to move to there various destinations but the story was different. They saw mysterious thing they never expected, VIO officers all out clamping vehicles and making arrests on Sunday.
During the VIO sudden operation, things went sour for them when they stopped a car belonging to a police officer, not knowing to them he’s a police, in no time conversation gets heated and it turns to fight and everybody in commotion.
In another location, the same men of the VIO was spotted having a royal rumble with another driver on the road, there need to be a professionalism with this men and they should be called to order.
No wonder the former Lagos State Governor, Ambode, banned the men on the VIO because of there unprofessional display on roads.
Now they are back on our roads, is this drama going to continue?
