Cocoa Farmers and other Agricultural Produce stakeholders from Area J4 in Ogun State, paid a scheduled visit to the Ministry of Agriculture, Oke-Mosan, on Monday, 24th February, 2020.
Cocoa value chain actors reiterated their support and understanding of Ogun State Government programmes targeted at improving the productivity of existing farmers and the adoption of improved technology in replanting and rehabilitation activities.
The Cocoa farmers were informed of their eligibility to benefit from the various Agricultural initiatives of the State Government.
Highlight of the visit was the presentation of a gift to the Commissioner for Agriculture, Dr. Adeola Odedina.
Present at the meeting, were the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Dotun Sorunke, Consultant to the Governor on Agriculture, Dr Angel Adelaja-Kuye and Directors in the Ministry.
