British-Nigerian singer Sade Adu’s son has finally completed his transistion from female to male.

Sade Adu’s son, Izaak Theo Adu, the female-to-male transgender son has finally completed his transitioning after undergoing phalloplasty (a plastic surgery to construct a penis).

After the surgery, he shared a picture of himself hugging his mom, shortly after returning home after the successful surgery. He captioned the picture:

“It’s been a long hard road but We did it!! We are coming home!!!! .
