NairaBet Owner, Akin Alabi
Akin Alabi, House of Representatives member(Egbeda/Ona federal constituency of Oyo state) and Nairabet owner has lashed out at a Nigerian man over a Twitter post, insulting the ex-wife of a former state governor.
In June 2017, Danbaba Suntai, former Governor of Taraba State, had died in a plane crash only two days away from his 56th birthday.
Meanwhile, Suntai had in 2012 survived a helicopter crash at the Yola Airport in Adamawa State, where he suffered brain injury for which he underwent rehabilitation after a long medical stay abroad.
However, when pre-wedding photos of his widow, with another, appeared on the internet earlier this year, many tongues wagged.
A twitter user identified as @tirimisiyu2013 tweeted: Former First Lady of Taraba State, Mrs. Suntai who husband died in Plane crash injury..not even up to 5yrs. now married to the PA of late husband! Men are careful. Fear Women, I repeat FEAR WOMEN!
This comment caught the attention of the federal lawmaker who immediately lashed out at him for the insensitive post.
