The Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta FUNAAB has elected a first female president to run a tenure of one year in the student union and government SUG of the university yesterday.

With a grateful heart, I write to say a very big congratulations to you as the SUG president elect of our great institution. It has God all the way.
Your victory at the poll today has come to confirmed the supreme word of God which said that God is the maker of kings and rulers. The battle wasn't a small one but you scaled through by the special grace of God. The elections has come and gone, its time to make the dream a reality. The students confidence in you has shown in their vote yesterday.
Permit me to say that it's no longer time to cast blame or any form of harted on any body. The government has come to stand, let it be the government of the students, by the students and for the students.
Remember in politics, there is no permanent enemy nor friend but just a game of interest. Let the government be accommodative government in respective of the fractions so that we can have a better and a strong FUNAABSU unionism at the end.
