....Oginni,others are serial imposter Says LP Legal Adviser
Abeokuta—The Arabambi led exco of Labour party, Ogun State has debunked the endorsement of the African Democratic Congress (ADC)gubernatorial candidate Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI) has its governorship candidate for the March 2nd election.
The adopting which was done by a factional exco led by Comrade Biodun Owolabi and its State Secretary Sunday Oginni is said to be with impunity on behalf of the party is not just a lackadaisical arrant balderdash but a glorification of insanity and decorated madness.
The state Chairman who also doubled as the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Comrade Olufemi Arabambi,in his speech with the newsmen at NUJ secretariat, Iweroyin Okelewo,Abeokuta said the party has its own governorship candidate and that Oginni and Owolabi are no longer members of the party thereby have no right to adopt any candidate on behalf of the party if at all the party does not have candidate.
"Our attention has been drawn to the adoption of one Gboyega Nasir Isiaka by certain political unscrupulous, scavengers,mercenaries and politically unstable mind individuals,political leaders as the governorship candidate of Labour Party in Ogun State.
It's now crystal clear that the said GNI whom we learnt was the candidate of ADC in Ogun is very desperate at the moment and his desperate situation makes him do desperate things illegally in other to win election at all cost even if there is a breach to public peace.
Adding that the ADC candidate lack political and economic intellectuals to govern the State with comical adoption as emergency entertainer governorship candidate of the year by those not known to the national working committee labour party notbknown to the Independent National Electoral Commission and law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Such desperate actions amounted to coup plot against a constituted national leadership of a political party and Labour party will use all lawful means to bring GNI and those illegal scavengers to book so that they can pay for their sin against the constitution.
"It will interest me to bring the public into the know of things that the said impersonators is an ignoramus in displayed and no to do attitude. MS Modupeola Sanyaolu remains the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate.
"The desperation of the ADC governorship candidate to quickly accept the false adoption is appalling and baffling especially when the chairman of Labour Party and IPAC in Ogun State in person of Comrade Arabambi did not approved the said provocative and illegal adoption.
Therefore the leadership of LP has directed the National legal adviser in person of Oyenekan Akingbade to proceed with legal suits against the Pseudo impostors and GNI in the court of justice to seek redress and justice.
Also the legal adviser to LP Barr Oyenekan Akingbade said he has been sent by the National Chairman Alhaji Abdulkabir Abdulkareem to Ogun to take the matter to court and also to assure the people that the party still stand firm on its decision to contest for all its registered elective positions nothing has change in its plan.
Oyenekan further affirmed that there is no factions of LP in Ogun but only the Arabambi led exco because the Owolabi led excited has been nulified by the Federal High Court in Abeokuta.
Confirming that the Owolabi led exco are no longer members of the party because they have not been contributing to the party activities in the last few years.
