According to eagle eyes at the party, the moment Rukky Sanda got into the event center, she caught the attention of both men and women for wearing a risque see through outfit that exposed a bit of her left nipple.
The 2-tone outfit designed by House of Khareed was perfect from the waist down but the top portion designed with a black embellished see-through bodice messed up the gorgeous outfit.
