PASTOR DR. IFEOMA EZE CHARGES WOMEN TO ARISE, SHINE AND IMPACT AT FIMI CONFERENCE 2026

ABUJA, NIGERIA* – The atmosphere at Zion Heritage Estate, Lugbe, Airport Road was charged with worship, impartation and purpose on Saturday, 1st August 2026, as Females in Ministry International (FIMI) successfully hosted the FIMI Conference 2026 themed “IGNITE” with the charge to _Arise. Shine. Impact._ 

The one-day gathering drew women from across Nigeria and beyond for a time of Inspiration, Equipping, Igniting Purpose and Impacting Nations. The program commenced at 10AM with powerful praise and worship before moving into insightful sessions focused on raising women who will arise, shine and impact their world for God’s glory. 

Ministering at the conference was Pastor Dr. Ifeoma Eze, who delivered a stirring sermon centered on the theme: “Its Time To ignite.” She charged attendees to rise beyond limitations of gravity, walk in grace, and become lighthouses for transformation in their homes, churches, and nations. Delegates were equipped through teaching, prayer, and practical sessions that addressed purpose, leadership, and Kingdom influence. The presence of God was evident throughout the day as many received fresh fire, clarity, and a renewed commitment to their calling.

Participants described the conference as timely, refreshing and life-changing, with several testifying of breakthroughs, healing, and a new boldness to step into ministry and marketplace assignments. One attendee said, “Wow awesome congratulations Mama, it was a great day today at the conference. Fire fell and we got ignited and fired for greater exploits in accordance to our individual callings. I am a Light and must shine in my world in Jesus name. Thank you so much Ma for yielding yourself to this cause, more grace for mega wins in Jesus name. Love you eternally.” 

Another woman described FIMI as “a vibrant sisterhood of women in ministry, passionately serving God and walking boldly in their calling. Here, ministry meets personal growth, purpose meets support, and anointing meets wisdom."

In an appreciation message, another participant heartily celebrated and congratulated Pst. Dr Ifeoma Eze and the entire Females in Ministry International members on the remarkable success of the event, the celebration of FIMI’s first anniversary, the announcement of new country and state coordinators, and the profound impact made at the conference. 

Another participant noted that the dedication to sound teaching, spiritual growth, and kingdom advancement was both inspiring and transformative, and that the depth of insight shared and the excellence displayed have left a lasting imprint on all who were privileged to be part of it. Another participant added that the milestone is a testament to God’s faithfulness and the undeniable impact FIMI is making in raising and empowering women in ministry, praying that the Lord will continue to increase wisdom, enlarge influence, and strengthen capacity for greater exploits.

The theme “IGNITE” resonated deeply, with females in ministry leaving the venue determined to carry the fire of God into their families, communities, and spheres of influence. In her closing remarks, the FIMI Program Director, Minister Judith, thanked all attendees, partners, and volunteers for making the conference a success and reaffirmed FIMI’s commitment to raising and supporting females in ministry for global impact. The event ended with prayers, networking, and a corporate call to action: “Let’s Ignite Together for Kingdom Impact!”
