The Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment in Ogun state, Mr Emmanuel Adebola Sofela has extended heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithful across the Ogun Central senatorial district and Nigeria, urging them to embrace the values of peace, unity, and sacrifice.
In a statement released on Thursday, Sofela congratulated the Muslim community on the occasion of the festive period, describing it as a time for deep reflection, compassion, and renewed commitment to community development.
He emphasized the importance of religious harmony and called on residents of Ogun Central to continue fostering peaceful coexistence regardless of religious or ethnic differences. According to the commissioner, the teachings associated with the celebration should inspire acts of kindness, generosity, and collective progress.
Sofela further reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for economic growth and investment, noting that unity among citizens remains a vital ingredient for sustainable development.
