Sango Otta Roads: Olota Engages Sango Otta Youth Council Leadership

Following the decisive measures taken to address the challenges posed by roadside trading along major roads in Sango Otta, His Majesty, Professor Adeyemi Obalanlege, Ph.D (Lanlege Ekun II, Arole Iganmode, Olofin Apesin Olode), received the leadership of the Sango Otta Youth Council, led by its President, Comrade Babajide Martins.

Kabiyesi charged the youth leadership to rise to the occasion by safeguarding the image and integrity of Sango Otta, ensuring that all actions taken are in the best interest of the community. Kabiyesi urged the Council to remain steadfast in promoting community development and to firmly discourage any form of road blockage, particularly by traders who sell along major roads, causing congestion and traffic gridlock.

In his response, the President, Comrade Babajide Martins, expressed appreciation to His Majesty for his purposeful and visionary leadership. He assured Kabiyesi of the Council’s unwavering support in advancing the growth, orderliness, and reputation of Sango Otta.

The Youth Council further pledged to actively join the ongoing campaign against the obstruction of major roads in and around Sango Otta, in order to ensure the free flow of vehicular and pedestrian movement.

Kabiyesi concluded by offering prayers for sustained progress and development in Sango Otta, and for divine grace upon the youth to grow, excel, and fulfill their aspirations.
