Abuja — The Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, has extended warm congratulations to the Apex Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Sina Adegbenro, as the elder statesman marked another year in his life today.
