Fatima Ajimobi, daughter of Abdullahi Ganduje, former governor of Kano, has earned a degree from King’s College London in the United Kingdom.

The ex-governor shared a video showing him excitedly hugging his daughter, who wore a graduation gown, before handing her a bouquet of flowers.

In an accompanying caption, he praised Fatima for her “diligence, grace, and quiet strength” and wished her good fortune in the next chapter.

“Yesterday in London, I had the honour of celebrating my daughter Fatima’s graduation from King’s College London. Her journey has been marked by diligence, grace, and quiet strength,” he wrote.

“As she steps into a new chapter, may Allah guide her path always. Congratulations, Fatima.”

In a video on Fatima’s Instagram page, she was seen receiving her scroll, which revealed that she earned a master’s degree in public policy and management.

She was celebrated by several family members, including Idris Ajimobi, her husband, and their daughter.

“Alhamdullillah always,” she captioned the post.

Similarly, on Friday, Nyesom Wike, minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), celebrated his son, Jordan, for earning a master of Laws (LLM) degree at Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom (UK).
