The Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, on Sunday joined family members, associates and well-wishers to celebrate Chief Abiodun Adeleye, FCA, the Olori Omooba of Abalabi Land, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
The celebration, which held on Saturday, December 28, 2025, was marked by goodwill messages, prayers and reflections on the life and contributions of Chief Adeleye, who is widely regarded as a respected traditional leader, accomplished professional and community pillar.
Rt. Hon. Isiaka, while celebrating with the Abalabi Land royal father, described Chief Adeleye as a man of integrity whose influence transcends traditional institutions and professional circles. He commended the Olori Omooba for his dedication to the growth and unity of Abalabi Land, as well as his unwavering commitment to ethical leadership and community development.
According to the Deputy Chief Whip, Chief Adeleye’s life exemplifies service, humility and excellence, noting that his contributions as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and as a traditional leader have continued to inspire younger generations.
“Chief Abiodun Adeleye is a symbol of wisdom, discipline and service to humanity. His impact within Abalabi Land and beyond is evident in the lives he has touched and the values he consistently upholds,” Isiaka said.
He further prayed for continued good health, long life and strength for the celebrant, urging him to sustain his efforts in mentoring youths and supporting initiatives that promote peace, development and good governance.
