Nigerian Troops Neutralize Seven Terrorists, Including Two Commanders, in Borno Attack

Nigerian troops under Operation HADIN KAI successfully repelled a terrorist attack in Wulgo, Borno State, eliminating seven fighters, including two senior commanders, Abu Nazir (Munzir of Juye) and Abu Fatima (Munzir of Koloram). 

A security source, speaking to Zagazola Makama, reported that the intense firefight left several terrorists wounded. 

The troops recovered four motorcycles from the insurgents, though the fleeing attackers set an armored MRAP vehicle ablaze.

“The terrorists came heavily armed but met fierce resistance. We inflicted significant casualties, including their key commanders,” the source stated.
