The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, has renamed the Abuja International Conference Centre (AICC) after President Bola Tinubu.
The renaming was announced during the commissioning of the renovated structure by President Tinubu in Abuja, today.
According to Wike, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre is a world-class facility that requires regular maintenance.
To ensure its upkeep, Wike stated that users of the premises will be charged a fee, regardless of their status.
The renovation of the AICC is part of the projects being inaugurated to mark President Tinubu's second anniversary in office.
Wike commended Julius Berger, the contractor, for completing the project on time and praised President Tinubu's leadership for transforming the centre into a world-class facility.
