
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Folashade Odelana (31) and Bamidele Ayodele Abiodun (32) wanted for their alleged roles in the massive cryptocurrency fraud linked to the collapsed Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX).
In a public notice on Wednesday, the EFCC accused the duo of orchestrating fraudulent schemes that led to substantial investor losses. Their last known address is 17 Oremeta Street, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos.
With this development, 12 individuals have now been declared wanted in the CBEX case, which affected over 600,000 Nigerians and reportedly cost investors more than ₦1.3 trillion.
The EFCC urged anyone with credible information on the suspects’ whereabouts to contact its offices nationwide or report to any police station.
EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede assured the public that investigations and recovery efforts are ongoing, with arrest warrants already secured for six suspects previously named.
