The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has expressed profound grief and outrage over the recent killings in Plateau State, calling the April 4 attacks in Bokkos and Mangu areas a heartbreaking tragedy.
Archbishop Daniel Okoh, President of CAN, described the violence as “a brutal reminder of the vulnerability of innocent Nigerians” and urged authorities to act swiftly in holding the attackers accountable.
As dozens mourn the loss of loved ones and many others recover from injuries, Okoh called the attacks “a stain on our collective conscience,” emphasizing the urgent need for unity, peace, and justice.
