'I am in Ogun to have a good fights to criminals' — Says CP Frank Mba

The newly posted Commissioner of Police in Ogun State Police Command, CP Frank Mba has stated he will give a good fight to criminals in the State.

CP Frank Mba resumed duties and took over from his immediate predecessor, CP Lanre Bankole at the Eleweran Police Headquarters, Abeokuta, made this known when he visited the Governor of the state, Prince Dapo Abiodun in his office in Abeokuta

The police boss added that he would collaborate with other security agencies and that the command under his watch in conjunction with other security agencies will provide a safe environment during the general elections.

The Commissioner of Police who was a three-time Force Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Police Force while speaking further assured that he will also ensure political neutrality, and the people of the state will be at the top of his priorities.

“I am here to fight crimes and fighting crimes I will do, we will do everything to support your vision of zero tolerance for insecurity and we will collaborate with other security agencies. The command under my watch in conjunction with other security agencies will provide a safe environment during the general elections, we will also ensure political neutrality, the people of the state will be top of our priorities, and we will defend human rights,” he said.

CP Mba also noted that he is a witness to the huge support the Governor has given to security agencies in the state in the last three and half years, noting that he would defend the rights of the residents of the state.

The Commissioner who until his redeployment to Ogun State was a Commissioner of Police Border Patrol Force, Department of Operations, Force Headquarters, Abuja acknowledged the sterling leadership of Governor Abiodun and appreciated him for creating the enabling environment for security agencies to strive in the state.
