The house of representatives member, Hon. Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka has empowered nothing less than 3,000 constituents of Ifo and Ewekoro through the GIZ - NICOP - TOMAPEP programme review event which was held at Abeokuta, yesterday 8th of November 2022.
The state Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with other partners, reviewed the Tomapep program of the state government to enable them to empower over 3000 smallholder farmers and Small Scale Medium Enterprise SMEs mostly women and youths.
In the community adoption session, the support of Hon. Rep. Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka to the farmers was acknowledged which includes the distribution of the following;
*✅200 packs of high-yielding tomato seeds*
*✅200 packs of high-yielding pepper seeds*
*✅200 Cutlasses and 200 hoes*
*✅200 Knapsack sprayers*
*✅100 watering cans*
*✅ Sum of #4million naira*
To the farmers between the period of 2021- 2022.
Hon. Isiaka in his appreciation speech through his S.A on Special Duties, Comr. Ade-Daniel affirmed that he is ever ready to do more as he will continue to extend hand of fellowship to every stakeholder from the ward to the state level, to support the improvement of the livelihood of our people.
He affirmed that the state government mantra of building our future together isn't just an ordinary grammatical phrase but it is a promise that he as a representative of the good people has fully keyed into using all constitutional instruments available within his reach to sincerely *#Build our future together.*
He further affirmed that Hon. Isiaka shall consolidate more on his past efforts in the 10th assembly, he is fully ready to represent the good people of Ifo/Ewekoro federal constituency in the green chamber comes 2023 general election.
