So-Safe Corps Arrest 'Most Wanted' Cultist In Ogun, Hands Over Suspect To Police

The Operatives of Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps (So-Safe Corps), Lotto Divisional Operation team has on Friday June 24, 2022 while on routine patrol received a distressed call at about 10:09hrs that one Mr Qudus Ganiyu was threatening and harassing all passerbys with a short gun at Lotto Bus Stop in Owode Local Government Area in the State.

Meanwhile, it was learned that Qudus Ganiyu, a strong member of Aye Confraternity has earlier been declared as an escapee of Police arrest from the Redeem Police Divisional Headquarters. 

To this end, the Sister's Security Agencies were instructed to place him on a watch list as a deadly Cult suspect.

Thereafter, the Operations Team of the So-Safe Corps was able to get this syndicate apprehended  at 11:20hrs on Friday.

The suspect who was arrested having transferred his short gun to other members of the fraternity that escaped arrest has been handed over to the Redeem Police Divisional Headquarters for further investigation and likely prosecution.
