Ogun Police Command recovers vandalised railway sleepers, railway joint bars, rail spikes and rail clips ballast

The Police operatives of Ogijo division have apprehended suspected criminal syndicate members at the early hour of 1:00am on the 11th of March 2022, at Ita Sini after Nivada hotels.

Acting upon the intelligence report, the DPO, Ogijo CSP Omoh and his team quickly swift into action by apprehending the suspected criminals with two trucks, a DAF truck and a simack truck, registration number OGUN ABG 507 XF with the Inscription DANGOTE, the DAF Truck was Carrying Stolen Railway Sleepers, RailJoint Bars, Rail Clips, Rail Spikes, Rail Fish Plates and Ballast, however, all these items were being transferred Into the Simark Truck by the criminals

These suspected criminals are namely,

1.Usama Tanko ‘M’ Age 20years, 07053716732.

2. Mohammed Sani Mairiga, ‘M’ of Famayaji kaduna.

3 Hussaini Jubrin Usman ‘M’ Of B19, Mr Danjuma Chindi house head Bridge Katsina Ala.

4. Aliyu Hassan ‘M’.

According to the information received, the documents found in both trucks and the exhibits have been recovered to Ogijo Division for investigation.

Further more, the case has been transferred to the state police Command, Eleweran for further investigation.
