The House of Representatives hopeful, Abeokuta South federal constituency, Hon Afeez Olaniyi Balogun has commiserated with the Chairman, Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon Laja Majekodunmi over fathers death, Chief Joseph Olusoji Majekodunmi today Thursday, 17th of February 2021.
The late Chief Joseph Olusoji Majekodunmi died on Thursday after a brief illness.
In a statement released to newsmen on Thursday, Hon Afeez Olaniyi Balogun urged Hon Laja Majekodunmi, the deceased family, friends and entire people of Abeokuta South and Ogun state in general to immortalise the good name of the late Majekodunmi.
He said: “The death of a loved one, especially patriarch of a family, is usually painful as it is irreparable but we must always take solace in God for a good life lived by the deceased.
On behalf of the good people of Ogun State and Abeokuta federal constituency, and my adorable wife,I sympathise with my friend and brother, Hon Laja Majekodunmi, on the demise of his beloved father, Chief Joseph Olusoji Majekodunmi, I also send my heartfelt condolences to the entire Majekodunmi's family in Abeokuta south and the people of Ogun State over the death of the patriarch of the Majekodunmi family.
