So-Safe Corps Arrests Serial Burglary Syndicate In Ogun

The So-Safe Corps headed by Commander(Dr) Soji Ganzallo has arrested a suspected burglar in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State on 24th. January, 2022.

According to a statement released from the office of the State Commander through the So-Safe Corps Director of Information and Public Relations, ACC Moruf Yusuf, said that the Corps was contacted by Force CIID Annex, Alagbon, Lagos State that one Mr Adewale Adegbenro popularly called Akilapa has been declared wanted for burgling into the residence of his employer who employed him as a night guard at Adigbe, Abeokuta but carted away gold and jeweleries worth fifteen million (15,000,000:00) naira since December 14th, 2021.


The Special Squad of the Corps was charged to go after him and to ensure he is captured alive without any injury so as to get more information that can lead to the arrest of his team if there is any.

Meanwhile, Adewale was finally apprehended somewhere in Odeda Local Government Area in Ogun State after he was closely monitored by officers of the Corps.

The suspect has been transferred to the Force CIID Annex, Alagbon, Lagos State for further investigation and likely prosecution.
