The Deputy Minority Whip, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Abdel-Majid Adesegun Adekoya promised to inject more fund into the association of EX-Local Government Chairmen of Nigeria (ASELGON) to allow the association to play its roles as grassroots mobiliser.
The Ago Iwoye in Ijebuland born Prince appealed to members of the Board of Patrons and Patronesses to rally round the association as whoever sow bountifully shall reap bountifully.








Prince Adekoya, who is a Principal Officer at the green Chamber in National Assembly instantly paid the sum of N250,000.00 for the backlog of ASELGON Consultants salaries.
Prince Adekoya, who was the first elected Chairman to administer, Kosofe Local Government area, Lagos State also promised to pay the salaries of ASELGON Staff for three months.

He commended the National President of the association, Hon Albert Asipa for his untiring efforts to uplift the association and promised to make sure that the association register with Embassies.
He encouraged the National Working Committee to work hard not as the future of the association is bright.
In addition, Attacker as fondly call by his Political associates advised the National President to set to spend more time in Abuja as he would accomodate him pending the time when the association will be in better position to provide for him.
The Deputy Minority Whip said that he would support Ike Ekweremadu led Board.
Earlier, the National President highlighted the problems confronting the association and appealed to members to rise up and assist because the monthly dues alone of our members is not enough.
The President said that the activities of the association is taking much of his time and financial commitment and if he fails to do it then there is no way to lay solid foundation.
The President also sees the opportunity to give kudos to some members who have supported the association in the past. 
The President later presented letter of appointment as the Deputy Chairman (South), Board of Patrons and Patronesses to Hon Adekoya.
The Chairman, Ogun State Chapter of ASELGON Rt Hon Yemi Coker used the opportunity to brief Hon Adekoya on arrangement so far to host South West conference of ASELGON in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
