The Ogun East Senatorial Aspirant & Special Assistant to the Minister of State for Education on Projects - Dr. Adewale Adenaike has felicitated with Nigerians on the occasion of the 2021 Yuletide Season.
Dr. Adenaike who spoke to newsmen in the early hours of today said the joy of Christmas is the Love of Giving that is the symbol of the Season Jesus Christ preaches to mankind. "The message of Christmas is not religion but the love of giving that Jesus Christ symbolises. Jesus did not point attention at himself but at the principle of sacrificial giving that he represents."
Dr. Adenaike said that as a nation this truth is very important because with love and sacrificial giving, we can solve all the problems that confront us as a nation. If we love ourselves as Jesus has preached, we will love this country Nigeria and ourselves as a pe
ople.
The Senatorial Aspirant therefore called on Nigerians to show and demonstrate Christ love to themselves and give their fellow men sacrificially because at the end of the day, the best wealth anyone can accumulate is the wealth of touching lives and changing destinies of the hopeless.
While wishing Nigerians a very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year, Dr. Adenaike said if given the opportunity to represent the good and progressive people of Ogun East Senatorial District, one of his goals will be the pursuit of unity and love in our society.
