The newly inaugurated Chairman of Abeokuta South local government, Hon Omolaja Majekodunmi has applauded the executive governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun mfr for his intervention to the road projects in the central district.
Majekodunmi who commended the governor shortly after the swearing-in ceremony alongside his nineteen other colleagues of other council in Ogun state at the Arcade ground today by Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun.
Also, he assured the dwellers of Abeokuta south to be rest assured his administration will not be selective in the project execution, he promised all inclusiveness to most especially those who were in the race but could didn't win.
However, he said he would continue from where his predecessor stops and will never witch hunt the past administration whatsoever.
"We shall embark on people's oriented programmes and empowerment cutting across all levels, our projects shall be visible, we shall promote all-inclusiveness on our administration without pushing anybody away because everybody is important in politics"
"We are so grateful to our leaders and party faithful for giving us the opportunity to serve them at the council, we shall make them proud with our achievements " Majekodunmi added.
In the same vein, His vice chairman, Hon Surv Iretiolu Shotayo expressed appreciation to the party leaders and staunch followers of the party for their unflinching supports given to them before, during and after the election.
" We really thank all our friends and family in All Progressive Congress APC for their display of love both in our party and our candidacy, we shall not disappoint you all in our administration" Said Shotayo.
