The All Progressives Congress, APC Youths Leader, Sunday Akinremi has applauded the screening committee in charge of Obafemi-Owode Local Government candidature in the forthcoming election for their leadership acumen in process of selecting Hon. Ogunsola Lanrewaju Adesina as the flag bearer of the party in the July 24, 2021 council poll.
Akinremi, while speaking with Caveattimes News correspondent on behalf of the teeming Youths of Ajebo described the leader's wealth of experience as second to none during the selection of flag bearer of APC in Obafemi Owode Local Government. He said the leaders has made the right decision on Hon. Ogunsola Lanrewaju Adesina among others with his unmatched antecedents in the council and beyond.
However, he appreciated their calmness and exhibition of professionalism before, during and after the trial times, "Despite the assaults and immoral words used to described their personalities by the desperate politicians in a bid to intimidate them to loose focus during the screening exercise, they stood upright and respected party's supremacy in the process of selecting the most qualified person to paddle the ship of Obafemi-Owode Local Government for the period of four years." Akinremi said.
While reiterating his commitment towards ensuring the youths turn out in mass to cast their votes, He equally extended his gratitude on behalf of his teeming youths to His Excellency Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, for his leadership sagacity in handling the political situation in Ogun State without entertaining sentiments.
