Olujimi Desmond also expressed gratitude to Governor Abiodun for the privilege given to the youths under his administration to serve as both commissioner for youth and sports, special assistant and consultants.
Describing Abiodun as “the performing Governor of Ogun State”, Comrade Olujimi Desmond said, “I am particularly impressed with Gov Abiodun's economic transformation in Ogun State, more particularly, the stability and low crime rate in the state”.
Olujimi who made this commendation during a media chat in Abeokuta, further thanked the good people of Abeokuta South Local government Area for their support during the period of governorship election that produced Governor Abiodun.
“Serving my LGA will be a special honor and great privilege for me, it will further enable me to exhibit my ideas as a youth and supporting politician to the government of Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun"
“I have always appreciate my people, the great people of Abeokuta South LGA for their unflinching supports during the time we needed to decide who assume the mantle of leadership in the state, I will forever cherish this,” he concluded.
While commending the Transition chairman of Abeokuta South LG, Hon Ayodeji Michael Shomide for working in line with governor Abiodun's blueprint, he assured the media of seizing the opportunity as the next chairman of thr council to deliver the dividend of democracy to people of the area.
