The official hosts of the awards ceremony are Comedian Bovi and award winning TV host Nancy Isime.

This is once in a year event, so Nigerian Celebrities are all glammed up for the ceremony.

The popular singer was nominated for numerous categories. He was nominated for; artiste of the year, song of the year, recording of the year, best pop singer, headies viewer's choice.

While in the same event, Yoruba Actress Iyabo Ojo wins the best dressed Celebrity at the Headies14 awards and was also gifted the sum of 250,000 naira for the most beautiful hairdo at the 14th headies award presentation.
