The chairmanship aspirant in the forthcoming election in Abeokuta South, Comrade Olujimi Adekunle David aka Desmond , has commiserated with the Orunsolu family over the death of their father, Alhaji Liadi Orunsolu , the Chief Imam of Egbaland, Abeokuta.
The late Chief Imam died at early hour of Monday aged 98. Olujimi who visited the Isale-Igbehin, Abeokuta home of the late Imam, on Tuesday, signed the condolence register.
He prayed that Allah grants the late Orunsolu Aljana Fidau while comforting the family,
Ogun State people and indeed the generality of Muslim faithful in Abeokuta South.
Olujimi said the Chief Imam had used his wealth of experience to impact positively on the entire Egbaland, describing him as a lover of peace and a committed religious man.
