A 16 year old boy identify as adekunle ayomikun allegedly stole 340,000 in FCMB over night,
The young boy committed the offense February 19 2020 and was remember in court yesterday.
The magistrate Doja-Ojo asked the boy how he got into the bank, the boy said he entered the bank around 4pm when the bank was about to close and he lucked himself in the toilet till night and he went to the bulk room where money was kept and he took 340,000.
He further said that he kept the money in his pocket and was about to escape when the security saw him because of the lighter he was holding and he ran back to the toilet and locked himself up again, but when he came out and the security caught him they found 340,000 with him when he was searched.
The magistrate said the young boy is punishable under section 28 of the criminal law of Lagos state 2015 and the case was adjourned till April 15
